Registration and Payment for VCEW 2026

You may now register and pay to attend VCEW 2026. As ever, we offer the choice of paying substantially less by booking earlier, along with the choice of paying just for you to attend, or paying for you plus another person who shares your room.

Your payment - for one or two people - covers attendance at VCEW 2026, the room from Sunday night until Wednesday morning, all meals (dinner on Sunday, breakfast and a light lunch on Wednesday, and breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday and Tuesday) and a reception - with drinks and munchies - Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evening.

To register and pay, click the button corresponding to your booking choice. You will be taken to Square’s payment site where you can pay electronically by a number of methods. You will receive an electronic receipt.

Please note: in general, VCEW cannot offer refunds if your situation changes. Nonetheless, if an unforeseen tragedy occurs that stops you attending, please contact us.
